Our story

It started in a small apartment in Cairo.

Three agents, one team leader, and a single sales campaign for a client in Texas. No fancy office, no big promises. Just headsets, a quality bar we refused to lower, and the stubborn belief that work done properly speaks for itself.

It did. That first client referred us to the next. The next one did the same. Almost every client we've ever signed came through a referral, which is exactly the kind of pressure we want on ourselves: the only way we grow is by being worth recommending.

Today we run eleven service lines, from customer support and sales to engineering, AI and digital marketing, serving companies in the Gulf, Europe and North America in six languages. The apartment is long gone. The standard that built it isn't.
